We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Data Analyst to lead our business intelligence and data infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will leverage cloud technologies, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS), to build scalable data solutions, streamline pipelines, and extract actionable insights that drive major corporate decisions.
As a team lead, you will champion a data-driven culture across the organization, mentoring junior analysts and partnering directly with senior stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust analytical requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of data analysts and analytics professionals.
- Design, optimize, and maintain data pipeline architectures and models utilizing AWS cloud services.
- Collaborate with business heads and department leads to establish strategic KPIs and metrics.
- Oversee the design and development of interactive executive dashboards and business intelligence reports.
- Enforce strict data governance, quality assurance, and security policies across all analytical environments.
- Utilize statistical methods and predictive analytics to identify emerging industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Drive process optimization to automate recurring reporting and data ingestion tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or an equivalent technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior mentorship role.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms, specifically with AWS data services (S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and analytics tools such as Python or R.
- Advanced experience building intuitive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end data projects from raw ingestion to production delivery.
