Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing guidance on technical best practices and career development
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and methodologies to drive innovation
- Manage data engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies
- Optimize data processing systems for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and other programming languages used in data engineering
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex data systems
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams
- Certification in data engineering or related field is a plus
