Are you ready to drive high-impact transaction advisory work? At Forvis Mazars, we are looking for a Manager, Deals Advisory to lead sophisticated corporate finance mandates across the AsiaâPacific region from our Singapore office.
You will collaborate with senior leaders, financial sponsors, and corporate clients to structure, negotiate, and close mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capitalâraising transactions. This role offers rapid career progression, exposure to diverse sectors, and the chance to shape marketâleading deals.
What youâll do
- Lead endâtoâend advisory mandates, including buyâside, sellâside, and jointâventure transactions.
- Perform detailed financial modelling, valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions) and sensitivity assessments.
- Prepare compelling pitch decks, information memoranda, and Boardâlevel presentations that communicate strategic rationale and financial insights.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts and driving new business opportunities.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and M&A activity to provide actionable intelligence to clients.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Who you are
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification is advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or deals advisory.
- Proven track record managing transaction processes from origination to closing.
- Advanced Excel modelling skills and proficiency with data platforms such as Bloomberg and Capital IQ.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex financial information into clear recommendations.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor junior staff in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fastâpaced, deadlineâdriven setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Singapore and regional regulatory frameworks is a plus.
