Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance and professional development.
- Manage the end-to-end mechanical design process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure all designs comply with local engineering codes, regulations, and safety standards (e.g., BOM, DOSH).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including civil, structural, and project management departments.
- Conduct technical reviews, prepare design reports, and present progress updates to senior management.
- Oversee the implementation of CAD and BIM technologies to optimize design workflows.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into construction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) accreditation is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Proven experience in managing a design team and leading complex projects.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality assurance.
