Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) is one of Singapore's largest multi-disciplinary hospitals, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and driving innovation in healthcare. We are seeking a visionary Manager, Digital Community Strategy & Enablement to lead our digital transformation journey.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of enabling our workforce to embrace digital tools and processes. You will develop and implement comprehensive digital community strategies that promote engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning. Your work will directly impact how our staff adopt new technologies, ultimately improving patient outcomes and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include designing and managing digital communities, driving digital adoption programs, collaborating with IT and business units to identify enablement needs, measuring and reporting on digital maturity, and championing a culture of innovation and change.
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in digital strategy, community management, and change enablement, ideally within a healthcare or large organization. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. A degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, Business, or related field.

- Proven track record in driving digital adoption and transformation.
- Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Experience in healthcare or large-scale enterprise is a plus.
