- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans aligned with industry standards
- Lead business impact analyses to prioritize critical systems and recovery time objectives
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and simulations to validate effectiveness

- Document and maintain disaster recovery documentation, procedures, and playbooks

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years IT experience with 3+ years in disaster recovery leadership
- Certified Disaster Recovery Professional (CDRP) or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in risk assessment methodologies and business continuity frameworks
- Proven experience managing recovery teams during actual incidents
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BNM guidelines)
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
