Join Malaysia Aviation Group as our Manager, Distribution and lead the strategic direction of our distribution operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing our global distribution system (GDS) costs, conducting comprehensive audits, enforcing Airline Distribution Message (ADM) standards, implementing New Distribution Capability (NDC) initiatives, and managing the Distribution Support System (DSS) helpdesk.
As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure our distribution channels are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with industry best practices. Your expertise will drive the seamless integration of new technologies while maintaining the highest standards of service quality and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement distribution strategies that support our overall business objectives and enhance customer experience.

- Lead and manage all distribution operations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Optimize GDS costs through strategic negotiation and system configuration
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with distribution standards and identify improvement opportunities
- Enforce ADM compliance across all distribution channels
- Oversee the rollout and implementation of NDC initiatives
- Manage the DSS helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of distribution-related issues
- Develop and implement distribution strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance distribution capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution management, preferably in aviation or logistics
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems and distribution technologies
- Experience with ADM enforcement and NDC implementation
- Proficient in distribution auditing and cost optimization techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
