Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning, design, and execution of complex electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations.
- Manage comprehensive project lifecycles, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, for all electrical systems.
- Ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical electrical systems, including high-voltage/low-voltage distribution, backup power, and control systems.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of electrical engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and professional development.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments such as manufacturing, construction, environmental health & safety (EHS), and global facilities teams.
- Implement advanced energy management strategies and explore innovative solutions for sustainability and operational efficiency within the facility.
- Establish and enforce robust safety protocols and ensure strict compliance with all local and international electrical codes, standards (e.g., IEEE, NFPA), and Micron's EHS policies.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for electrical system failures and develop preventative measures to enhance reliability and minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in electrical facilities engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity, preferably within the semiconductor, data center, or a similar high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale electrical projects from conception to commissioning, including budgeting and vendor management.
- In-depth knowledge of power distribution systems (HV/LV), motor control centers, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), generators, and switchgear.
- Strong understanding of relevant international and local electrical codes and standards (e.g., SS 638, NFPA 70/70E, IEEE).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop technical teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP) and familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong asset.
