Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee comprehensive mine planning processes, ensuring alignment with long-term extraction goals.
- Manage site surveying operations to provide accurate data for operational decision-making.
- Develop and implement innovative land rehabilitation strategies in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships between Operations and Engineering departments to streamline site workflows.
- Prepare detailed technical reports for senior management regarding production performance and resource utilization.
- Ensure all engineering activities adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Mentor and coach engineering staff to build a high-performing technical team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the mining industry, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Proven expertise in mine design software (e.g., Surpac, Vulcan, or Deswik).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and safety standards (K3 Pertambangan).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a remote or high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for effective reporting and team communication.
