Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all textile engineering operations, including machinery maintenance, installation, and process improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and minimize operational downtime.
- Manage the technical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and professional development.
- Monitor and manage the engineering department budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance departments to ensure consistent output quality according to industry standards.
- Maintain and upgrade plant equipment to ensure compliance with modern technological and environmental regulations.
- Analyze technical data to provide actionable insights for process refinement and capacity planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within the textile manufacturing industry.
- In-depth technical knowledge of textile machinery, loom operations, and finishing processes.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to drive team engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is required.
