Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire estimation process for complex civil construction projects.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project scope documents to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, bids, and tender documentation with high accuracy.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and value engineering to optimize project profitability.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to obtain competitive quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and cost fluctuations to maintain updated database pricing.
- Present detailed financial proposals and technical summaries to senior management for approval.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in large-scale civil projects.
- Proficiency in specialized estimation software and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, labor laws, and local material costs in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under tight tender deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
- Professional certification in project management or cost engineering is a significant advantage.
