Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of F&A customer service team ensuring SLA compliance
- Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives for financial support processes
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and customer service excellence
- Analyze financial data and customer feedback to identify service enhancement opportunities
- Collaborate with finance departments to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years in customer service operations with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven experience in financial services or BPO industry
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and team development skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and customer service platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience in process optimization and quality management systems
