Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the F&B department to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of staff, conducting regular training and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement innovative menus and promotions to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs to ensure profitability while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local events and social media campaigns.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Analyze financial reports and sales data to make informed business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proven track record in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
