Tanggung Jawab
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and process engineers within the F10 wet manufacturing environment.
- Equipment Availability: Drive strategies to minimize equipment downtime, ensuring maximum uptime for critical wet process tools and maintaining production schedules.
- Yield Improvement: Analyze process data and production metrics to identify root causes of yield loss and implement corrective actions to drive continuous yield improvements.
- Safety Management: Enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance regarding chemical handling, waste management, and plant safety to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with process engineering to qualify new equipment, optimize wet process recipes, and reduce cycle times.
- Resource Planning: Manage inventory levels of wet chemicals and consumables, and coordinate maintenance activities to prevent production interruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of wet process equipment (e.g., wet benches, spin rinse dryers, chemical delivery systems) and fab operations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and drive performance metrics in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex equipment and process issues efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical reports to management and cross-functional teams.
