- Oversee F10 probe layout design optimization for maximum efficiency
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives in semiconductor manufacturing
- Develop and implement strategic capacity planning models for high-volume production
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new technologies into probe planning workflows
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for performance enhancement
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in capacity planning, facility layout design, and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional engineering teams
- Deep understanding of semiconductor probe testing methodologies
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and planning software
