Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Direct the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK/IFRS.
- Manage all corporate tax compliance, including PPh, PPN, and final tax reporting, while ensuring adherence to current Indonesian tax regulations.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing actionable financial insights to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and maintain high standards of internal control.
- Develop and mentor the finance and accounting team to enhance productivity and professional growth.
- Monitor cash flow and manage treasury functions to ensure optimal liquidity for operational requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or Professional Certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CA, CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Undang-Undang Perpajakan) and financial reporting standards.
- Proven expertise in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, capable of bridging financial data with operational strategy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
