Global Energi Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Manager FAT (Finance, Accounting, & Tax) to oversee financial operations for our coal hauling division in Sumatera Selatan. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, tax compliance, and operational efficiency within our logistics and supply chain sectors.
As we continue to scale our operations, we need a dynamic leader who can bridge the gap between financial reporting and operational performance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our cost structures, managing local tax obligations, and providing actionable insights to senior management to support sustainable growth in the energy sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of finance, accounting, and taxation processes for coal hauling operations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support operational logistics.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and coordinate with external auditors.
- Analyze hauling operational costs to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall profit margins.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including site operations managers and external partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA/MS) is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance management, ideally within the mining or heavy logistics industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Taxation (Brevet A/B is highly preferred).
- Proven ability to manage high-volume financial transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP/SAP experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to be based or travel to operation sites in Sumatera Selatan.
