Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with local statutory regulations and corporate standards.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity.
- Lead tax planning and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze cost-efficiencies and drive improvements in profitability.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to maintain high standards of financial stewardship.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, ideally within the F&B, FMCG, or retail manufacturing sectors.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian PSAK standards and taxation requirements (PPH, PPN).
- Proven ability to manage financial operations in a growth-stage company.
- Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
