Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and financial reporting.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the company's financial strategies and annual budgets to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high operational standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, financial laws, and internal company policies.
- Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and government tax authorities.
- Conduct regular financial forecasting and cash flow management to ensure liquidity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (S1 Akuntansi/Manajemen Keuangan).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial finance or controller role.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial and tax regulations (PPN, PPh, PSAK).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
