PT Dwikarya Mitra Pratama is currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Manager Finance & Accounting to lead our financial operations in the Manado area. In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our financial integrity, overseeing all accounting functions, tax compliance, and strategic financial planning. We are looking for a proactive leader who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights to drive company growth and operational efficiency.
As our Finance & Accounting Manager, you will manage end-to-end financial processes, including cash flow management, budgeting, and the preparation of comprehensive financial reports. You will work closely with senior management to ensure fiscal health and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian financial standards.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and standard operating procedures.
- Manage end-to-end cash flow planning, treasury operations, and liquidity management.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with tax authorities to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance.
- Spearhead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring variance analysis to ensure profitability.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting department staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Deep understanding of PSAK, Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, etc.), and financial reporting regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data to support decision-making.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
