PT Royal Show Paper is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager Finance, Accounting & Tax to lead our financial operations in Cikande, Banten. We believe that this role is more than just managing ledgers and balancing books; it is about building a robust, scalable financial infrastructure that drives organizational growth and ensures strict fiscal compliance.
As our Finance Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our financial decision-making process. You will oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, optimize tax efficiency, and provide actionable financial insights to the executive leadership team. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire Finance, Accounting, and Tax department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage tax planning and compliance, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN), ensuring all filings meet Indonesian regulatory standards.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
- Provide strategic financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business objectives.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking institutions to maintain strong business relations.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to improve productivity and technical proficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, Brevet A/B) is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within Finance and Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong command of Indonesian Tax Regulations (KUP) and experience with e-Faktur and e-SPT systems.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK).
