Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PSAK/IFRS.
- Ensure full compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., VAT, Income Tax PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, PPh Badan) and coordinate timely tax filings.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the company’s budgets, forecasts, and financial models, providing insightful analysis to management.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of finance and accounting professionals.
- Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management for business decision-making and operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, Brevet A/B/C) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, as well as local financial reporting standards (PSAK) and IFRS.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a finance and accounting team effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
