PT Proteksi Siber Global is currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Manager of Finance, Accounting & Tax to lead our financial operations in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity, ensuring accurate reporting, robust tax compliance, and strategic fiscal planning. You will work closely with executive leadership to drive growth and provide data-driven insights that steer our business objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including timely filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections to support business scalability.
- Manage the daily operations of the finance and accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal counsel to maintain organizational compliance.
- Implement and streamline internal financial controls and accounting policies to increase operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and performance metrics to the executive management team to facilitate decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like CPA/CA is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
