Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic financial business partnering to academic departments and research centers
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance dashboards
- Lead financial analysis initiatives to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders on capital allocation, funding opportunities, and grant management
- Implement financial controls and compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and budgeting workflows
- Mentor finance team members and foster cross-functional financial literacy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA/CMA/CFA designation preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in business partnering
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence non-finance leaders
- Experience in higher education or public sector financial management
- Proven track record of optimizing financial processes and driving cost efficiency
