Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility analysis for potential M&A targets and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end due diligence process, working closely with legal, tax, and operational teams.
- Prepare comprehensive investment memos and presentations for the Board and Senior Management.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential investment opportunities aligned with Seatrium’s growth strategy.
- Oversee financial integration plans post-acquisition to ensure synergies are realized effectively.
- Maintain relationships with external advisors, investment banks, and key stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for corporate restructuring or capital allocation projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory Services.
- Proven track record in executing successful M&A transactions, including deal structuring and valuation.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills with an advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple concurrent transaction workstreams.
