Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for asset and infrastructure procurement.
- Lead end-to-end CAPEX sourcing processes, from requirements gathering and RFP management to contract negotiation and final vendor selection.
- Provide end-to-end procurement support for new store openings, ensuring timely delivery of assets and infrastructure requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through KPIs and regular business reviews to ensure adherence to quality and cost standards.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing, competitive bidding, and vendor rationalization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, and Engineering) to align procurement activities with corporate CAPEX budgets and timelines.
- Manage risk within the supply chain by identifying potential bottlenecks and developing contingency plans for critical assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in CAPEX procurement, asset management, or infrastructure sourcing.
- Strong background in category management and supplier relationship management.
- Proficiency in contract law, negotiation strategies, and financial modeling for capital investments.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of supporting store openings or large-scale construction projects.
- Superior analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams at all levels.
- High level of proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
