Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze internal sell-in data across Modern Trade, Distributors, and General Trade channels to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive General Trade sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize relationships with key distributors and retail partners to ensure product availability.
- Oversee trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain logistics to prevent stock-outs.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the General Trade sales team to ensure high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Trade sales management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing distributor networks and driving channel growth.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
