Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement regional market growth strategies to maximize student enrollment and market share.
- Oversee the operational management of regional centres to ensure alignment with university standards and policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, corporate partners, and academic institutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demographic data to optimize sales tactics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of regional managers and sales personnel.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to launch targeted campaigns tailored to specific regions.
- Monitor performance KPIs and report regularly to senior leadership on growth projections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales management, business development, or higher education marketing.
- Proven track record of managing regional teams and achieving aggressive KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a focus on scalability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Malay (Bahasa Malaysia).
- Ability to travel frequently to regional centres and key client locations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
