Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular and thorough compliance audits and assessments to identify gaps, ensure adherence to internal policies, and meet external regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy laws, industry standards).
- Oversee the end-to-end risk management process, including risk identification, assessment, analysis, mitigation planning, and continuous monitoring across various operational programs.
- Monitor the evolving regulatory landscape and industry best practices, proactively advising leadership on potential impacts and necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Legal, IT, Operations, and Internal Audit, to embed GRC principles into business processes and foster a risk-aware culture.
- Prepare detailed reports on GRC status, audit findings, risk profiles, and recommendations for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee awareness and understanding of GRC policies, procedures, and ethical conduct.
- Manage and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and facilitating timely resolution of audit findings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and managing GRC frameworks, internal controls, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, SOX, GDPR, local data privacy regulations).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, GRCP, or CGEIT are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex organizational environment.
