- Develop and implement comprehensive global recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets for graduate programmes.
- Manage the end-to-end admissions funnel, from initial lead generation to successful matriculation.
- Organize and lead international recruitment events, including webinars, education fairs, and campus open houses.
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to provide actionable insights for programme positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling multi-channel content tailored for prospective graduate students.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global universities, government agencies, and corporate sponsors.
- Oversee the use of CRM tools to track applicant data and optimize conversion rates through personalized outreach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in higher education recruitment, admissions, or corporate talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the global higher education landscape and graduate-level student motivations.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet performance-based KPIs.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally for recruitment cycles as required.
