Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute operational strategies to maximize revenue and facility utilization for both Gym and Padel segments.
- Oversee daily facility management, ensuring equipment, courts, and areas meet safety and hygiene standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and foster a professional team culture.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and prepare monthly analytical reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote memberships, classes, and tournaments to increase brand visibility.
- Manage inventory, procurement of supplies, and scheduled maintenance of all sports equipment and infrastructure.
- Implement membership retention strategies and handle member inquiries or feedback with a high level of professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Sport Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in gym management, sports club operations, or hospitality leadership.
- Strong understanding of the Padel industry and trends in the modern fitness market.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the Central Java region as required.
