- Lead and develop the HLISB credit card operations team to achieve performance targets
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance credit card product offerings
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit card management or banking operations

- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial data interpretation
- Knowledge of Malaysian banking regulations and compliance requirements
