Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the luxury MICE market and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure high-profile international conferences, corporate seminars, and gala dinners.
- Conduct site inspections and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our unique venue capabilities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, event planners, and local tourism boards.
- Negotiate complex contracts and service agreements to ensure maximum yield while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of all booked events.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in MICE sales or luxury hotel catering sales within the Singapore market.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a flair for client relations.
- Strong understanding of the local and regional MICE industry landscape and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support client requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
