- Partner with APAC EA/MA Program leads on talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Design and implement talent management programs including leadership development and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategy with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional projects enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture
- Manage talent acquisition strategies for key roles across APAC EAMA and GBS KL regions
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations while maintaining global HR standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in talent management leadership
- Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and program evaluation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision making
- Experience managing talent initiatives across multiple APAC/EAMA markets
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities at executive levels
- Certifications in HR analytics or talent management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred
