Join People Profilers as a Manager of HR Technology COE (SAP SuccessFactors) and lead the strategic transformation of HR systems. You'll spearhead the Center of Excellence, ensuring seamless integration of HR technology with business objectives while enhancing employee experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the HR Technology COE with specialized focus on SAP SuccessFactors implementation and optimization
- Develop and execute HR technology roadmaps aligned with organizational growth strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure system integrations meet business requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of HRIS through data analytics and user feedback
- Overchange management initiatives for HR technology transformations
- Provide technical guidance to HR teams on system utilization and best practices
- Monitor system performance, security, and compliance with regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR technology management with SAP SuccessFactors
- Proven track record of leading HRIS implementation projects
- Strong expertise in HR processes and system integrations
- Professional certification in SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., HCM Technical Consultant)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships
- Advanced knowledge of HR analytics and data-driven decision making
