Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with company logistics objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure high-quality talent retention.
- Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions including building maintenance, office security, vehicle management, and vendor relations.
- Supervise payroll administration, social security (BPJS), and legal compliance with labor regulations.
- Foster a positive work culture by managing employee relations, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR efficiency and operational cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with management on training programs and employee development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA management, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS and administrative reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced logistics environment.
