Tanggung Jawab
- Direct end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and kitting processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse logistics team to meet and exceed operational KPIs.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and inventory turnover rates through strategic slotting and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Procurement, Production, Sales) to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Implement and maintain rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all warehouse facilities.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory transactions, perform cycle counts, and generate analytical performance reports.
- Identify and implement lean logistics initiatives to reduce operational costs and improve cycle times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, preferably within the manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, kitting, and distribution logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage medium-to-large operational teams.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
