- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and kitting processes
- Manage and develop warehouse staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to safety protocols
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure smooth material flow
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance metrics and operational efficiency
- Manage warehouse resources including equipment, technology, and budget allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to develop staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience implementing process improvements and optimizing warehouse operations
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements in logistics operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with warehouse management systems
