Kulicke & Soffa is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager II, Logistics to join our growing team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for orchestrating seamless supply chain operations, ensuring that production schedules align perfectly with customer delivery expectations. You will act as the central hub of communication between Production, Customer Service, Logistics, and external Freight Forwarders, optimizing freight forwarding strategies and carrier performance to meet our high standards of operational excellence.
As a Logistics Manager, you will drive process improvements, analyze shipping metrics, and implement cost-effective solutions. Your expertise will ensure timely delivery of critical components while maintaining strict compliance with international shipping regulations. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the strategic vision to enhance our logistics network.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily shipment planning and scheduling in close collaboration with Production, Customer Service, and Freight Forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor carrier and freight forwarder performance, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to optimize logistics costs and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable shipping terms.
- Oversee the documentation process, ensuring accurate customs declarations and compliance with trade regulations.
- Analyze logistics data and prepare regular reports to management regarding shipping KPIs, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline supply chain workflows and reduce lead times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics management, supply chain coordination, or freight forwarding.
- Strong working knowledge of export/import procedures, Incoterms, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and logistics management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
