Join Kulicke & Soffa's dynamic logistics team as a Manager II, Logistics and drive operational excellence in our Singapore hub. This critical role requires strategic coordination of daily shipment planning across Production, Customer Service, Logistics, and Freight Forwarders to ensure seamless supply chain operations. You'll monitor carrier and freight forwarder performance metrics, optimize transportation networks, and implement cost-effective logistics solutions while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations. As a key stakeholder, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges, enhance delivery timelines, and improve inventory visibility. This position offers the opportunity to lead process improvements, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to the company's global supply chain strategy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily shipment planning with Production, Customer Service, Logistics, and Freight Forwarders
- Monitor carrier and freight forwarder performance KPIs and service levels
- Develop and implement logistics optimization strategies for cost reduction
- Manage international shipping documentation and customs compliance
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Lead cross-functional logistics projects and process improvements
- Build and maintain relationships with logistics service providers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of logistics experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Proven experience coordinating multi-party logistics operations
- Advanced proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendor management
