- Lead end-to-end execution of Industrial Collaboration Projects (ICP) with measurable deliverables
- Optimize operational workflows for Industrial Management Unit (IMU) functions
- Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and resources efficiently
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Drive stakeholder engagement with industry partners and government agencies
- Monitor project quality through KPI tracking and continuous improvement
- Develop collaboration frameworks to enhance industry-academia partnerships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business Management
- Minimum 8 years in project management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk management practices
- Expertise in budget management and resource allocation
- Certification in PMP or Prince2 preferred
- Experience in technology-driven industrial collaboration initiatives
