Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute strategic layout implementation projects within the manufacturing facility.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and safety KPIs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production flow, manpower efficiency, and facility utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to minimize operational waste and enhance yield.
- Monitor and report project performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards and Infineonās internal engineering protocols.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in industrial engineering within the semiconductor or high-volume electronics manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale layout and facility expansion projects.
- Strong proficiency in simulation software, AutoCAD, and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Tableau).
- In-depth knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Excellent project management skills with certification (PMP or Prince2) being highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to communicate effectively across diverse cultural and technical teams.
