Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in innovation management or strategic delivery
- Proven track record of leading complex projects in financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team environments
- PMP or similar certification preferred
