Agro Harapan Lestari is a leading player in the palm oil plantation industry, committed to sustainable growth and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager Internal Audit to join our leadership team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our internal controls, risk management, and governance processes to ensure the integrity of our agricultural operations.
As our Internal Audit Manager, you will lead high-impact audits across our plantations and corporate functions. You will provide strategic insights to management, identifying areas for process improvement, financial transparency, and regulatory compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned audit professional to influence decision-making in a fast-paced, industrial-scale environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual audit plans focused on high-risk areas within palm oil plantation operations.
- Lead and mentor the internal audit team to conduct thorough field audits and office-based reviews.
- Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems, financial reporting, and operational policies.
- Prepare high-quality audit reports detailing findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations for executive management.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely remediation of identified gaps.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc investigations and special reviews as requested by the Board or Audit Committee.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CIA, CPA, or CISA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in internal/external audit, preferably within the plantation, agriculture, or heavy manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO), risk management principles, and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to handle complex data sets.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence business outcomes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and audit software tools.
- Willingness to travel periodically to plantation sites to conduct operational assessments.
