Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to achieve ambitious enrollment and revenue targets for assigned international markets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing education agents and channel partners to expand Kaplan's recruitment footprint.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities within assigned regions.
- Represent Kaplan at international education fairs, seminars, and networking events to increase brand visibility and generate prospective student leads.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing and operations teams to optimize lead conversion rates and ensure a seamless student application journey.
- Provide detailed reporting and performance insights to senior management regarding market penetration and enrollment forecasting.
- Conduct regular training sessions for agents to ensure deep product knowledge and alignment with institutional compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in international student recruitment or corporate business development, preferably within the private education sector.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling channel partner/agent networks across multiple geographic regions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market intelligence to drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required to support business development objectives.
- High level of proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
