- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the inurnment department, ensuring all procedures are executed smoothly and professionally.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of inurnment specialists to maintain high service standards and staff performance.
- Coordinate logistics for interment services, including scheduling, equipment preparation, and venue arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with grieving families to understand their needs and provide personalized, respectful service.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of all services, inventory, and client interactions within the management system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any operational issues or conflicts with tact and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Funeral Service, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of managerial experience, preferably within the hospitality, funeral services, or tourism industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Proficient in using office software, management systems, and basic accounting tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the nature of the services.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region when necessary.
