- Oversee the full lifecycle of asset and development management, ensuring optimal returns on investment.
- Analyze market trends and financial data to support strategic decision-making and portfolio optimization.
- Lead and coordinate development projects from concept through to completion, managing timelines and budgets effectively.
- Engage with tenants, contractors, and government bodies to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives to enhance building performance and ESG standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in asset management, property development, or investment analysis within the real estate sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and feasibility studies.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore real estate market and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Professional designation such as RICS, CORENet, or equivalent is highly preferred.
