Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end enterprise and network security solutions
- Develop and execute security strategies aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements
- Manage security projects from conception through deployment and ongoing maintenance
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats
- Oversee security operations and incident response protocols to ensure rapid detection and mitigation of security breaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into network architectures
- Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies to recommend appropriate countermeasures
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security professionals and team members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in network security, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise security architectures, protocols, and best practices
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience with security frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including ISP and mobile network technologies
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading complex security initiatives
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
