Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the IT department, including infrastructure, security, and support teams
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and security of company IT systems
- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT integration
- Mentor and develop IT staff through training and professional development opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a management role
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure in a data center or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud computing, and virtualization technologies
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading complex IT initiatives
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization
