Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily IT operations to ensure 99.9% system availability and reliability
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals through performance management and professional development
- Implement and maintain IT security frameworks to protect organizational assets from cyber threats
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for outsourced IT services
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
- Optimize IT infrastructure including cloud platforms, networks, and servers
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively address potential bottlenecks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT operations experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, cloud)
- ITIL or equivalent IT service management certification
- Proven experience with cybersecurity protocols and compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization, containerization, and hybrid cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
